Menstrual Period Blood Colors – Is There Any Sign For Concern?

We know that the color in every menstrual period is changing. From bright red, and spottings to cherry red, dark red even brown or black. This article is about the colors, why are they like that, and what that means.

But to have a clue about what we are talking about I’d like to mention this, the blood we see is the blood vessels from the endometrium. As the egg starts to decompose she torns the blood vessels and the endometrium starts to decompose too. If there aren’t any obstacles in the way the blood will be light or normal red. That depends on the hemoglobin inside the blood cells. But if there are obstacles we’ll see brown or even black blood color.

If you google this one you’ll see that it’s normal. But why is it brown? Somewhere along the way, there is something that is holding the blood from her normal flow. And the brown color we see is “old blood” which is normal. But that thing that holds the blood isn’t.

Let’s go step by step.

Brown Menstrual Period Blood Color

If you start reading opinions you’ll see that this is considered normal. The color is normal but what isn’t normal is the blood getting “stuck” somewhere. Sometimes this means cysts. Let’s think about this for a second, in young girls and women the uterus is in the best shape. The hormones should work properly but when the color gets brown or black it means that something is interrupting. When a cyst grows it makes a bubble inside the uterus, they usually break during a cycle and the cramps are strong and devastating. The bubble that broke it represents expanded tissue of the uterus. One reason for dark period color is this expanded tissue, the blood stays there and gets released later so it has time to oxidize and get darker. This isn’t serious but it isn’t normal.

Just like when we get a cut, bright strong red color bleeds, if we bleed dark we wouldn’t think that it’s normal. It’s the same thing. Consult with a doctor although you may hear the boring answer “it’s normal”.

I would recommend a diet, one month without meat, dairy products, only fresh vegetables and fruits. All diseases are connected by the everyday thing we do, which is food. Usually, we have a typical diet so it’s common that something you eat isn’t your thing. After the diet, if it’s helpful the whole body will glow and there were be a change in the cycle.

NOTE: Do not try something new without consulting your doctor if you have some chronic disease, some kind of disability or heart problems. You can Google it also.

Some minor diseases are cured with garlic, which is the ultimate superpower for women. You can consume it or you can cut the backside and make a cross on it, squeeze its juice and stitch a thread with the needle on the other end. Use as a vaginal suppository. Stay like that for one hour then wash with water. You can use this any time you want and as much as you need it. I’d like to demonstrate the cutting and the thread using in another article.

Pink or Bright Red Menstrual Period Blood Color

This can mean early pregnancy but we know our bodies, so it’s likely that we know our period and by that I mean, we know what is normal for every one of us. The word normal is sometimes misunderstood. While testing a bigger group of people they take notes about blood pressure, pulse, colors, etc and the most usual number are considered normal. But if we put 15 people in one room and we start measuring their blood pressures, only a few will have the “normal one”.

Does that mean that the other ones are sick?

NO.

Everybody has to find their own normal and their own most perfect environment for doing the magic. For example, my body has low blood pressure and that’s my normal, when my pressure is elevated I feel sleepy, have lots of sweating, and dizziness. Others with higher blood pressure will feel like dying when their gets lower than usual. You get my point.

So, we all know what is normal for us. If dark blood is normal please question your lifestyle because as I once said the body can make its best in the worst conditions. Make sure your cells aren’t in survival mode and working harder than usual to survive.

There can appear clots in the period which is from 2 main reasons: the pieces from the endometrium and pieces from the cyst. The size is important, if they are small, it can also be small parts from the blood vessels. But if they are big and the period is painful please visit a doctor.

Summary

To find our own normal we first need to get to know ourselves. Try sitting in an empty room, in silence and listen to your thoughts. At first, they will be loud and messy but as time passes you would be able to become more rational, empathic, understanding and most important you will get the chance to cure yourself. Focus on your breathing, if you feel pain somewhere imagine the fresh air getting in that tissue and watch it get cured. When you master that you will know for sure what is normal and what isn’t. Then try improving your diet and in the end, chronic diseases will be cured, skin will get softer and brighter, the period normal.

Remember, no disease can live in an alkaline environment or in a happy body. Make sure you eat your veggies and water your tree of happiness.
